Hello Day 1!
I experiment with interventions to create habit change in all areas of my life. I think this is worthy of a blog vs. a personal journal because it is something that everyone can learn and benefit from reading.
The blog will cover topics including how to develop better habits to be more successful at work, in relationships, with health and fitness and in personal reflection such as mindfulness and meditation.
I would like to connect with people who want to achieve better results and are lifelong learners.
If this blog is successful over the next year it will help at least one person to change their life for the better.
